Reliability Assessment of High-Brightness Solid-State Lighting Technology

This project established methodology consistent with international standards or best practices for measuring optical properties.
The project team conducted thermal evaluation, failure analysis and reliability assessment, and developed a versatile measuring instrument for accurate measurements of optical performance, traceable to the International System of Units (SI) for photometry and colourimetry.
